Are you a registered nurse interested in a future career as a nurse anesthetist? Nurse anesthetist educational programs are graduate nursing programs which typically require several years to complete. Financial aid and more specifically scholarships are greatly sought after and appreciated by any student.

According to the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA), scholarships are available to all registered nurses currently enrolled in an accredited nurse anesthetist program. To qualify for a nurse anesthetist program scholarship you must be in good standing within the graduate program and meet the requirements specified in the scholarship application. Every year by the middle of January, the AANA Foundation web page displays available student scholarship applications for those enrolled in nurse anesthetist programs.

Interested students need to check the scholarship posting and apply by sending all the required paperwork before the designated deadline. The American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Foundation is well known for awarding scholarships, doctoral fellowships, research grants, and student research grants to CRNA students and practicing nurse anesthetists.
